The Performance For All project to develop on-line performance management and appraisal tools in the UK and internationally now has a mail 'list'!
We have chosen the JISC mail service, a robust HE community based tool. Use this to ask questions, raise a debate or share experiences on anything 'performance management' such as:
What's a good way of engaging senior colleagues?
How much training, if any, did people need in reality?
Was goal setting difficult for some and what steps did colleagues take to overcome this?
How does this fit into wider HR and OD Strategy?
How have academic staff leaders been engaged?
What about people that still want to use paper?
Whilst the development of 'on-line' tools is part of what we do, it is NOT all of what we do, and we understand that moving organisations forward requires so much more than this so feel free to ask questions about a range of performance management topics.
