A notebook for appraisees and appraisers to record information they want to bring up at their next one to one/appraisal is in development and will be launched next month.  Appraisees and Appraisers will be able to make each note public or private.  Notes can include attached images, e-mails, etc which might be useful to bring up during future meetings.

The University of Bristol has put in place an online survey for all staff participating in the pilots to measure staff response (before and after) to the new systems....
