September 2012 Working Group Meeting - From Pilot to Roll Out
The second Performance For All conference took place on 13 September 2012, hosted by Leeds Metropolitan University.
It was well attended by 19 delegates representing 16 different institutions with a good mix of universities at different stages of the pilot. The delegates’ experiences were invaluable in informing conversations around moving towards implementation which was the focus for the day.
There was a great deal of positivity regarding the pilot and the sharing of challenges and success stories. The new site, which has been developed based on the feedback collected during the pilots that have taken place so far, was also demonstrated and received nothing but positive reviews. Below you will find the presentations and resources that were presented during the conference.
The next PFA conference will take place on Monday 19 November, hosted by City University London. The focus of the day will be ‘The business case for Performance Management in HE’.
