Performance For All

2012 International Conference

The first Performance For All conference took place hosted by the  University of Bristol on the 30th March 2012.
Partner Universities and those considering taking part from around the world were invited to attend and share their learning from the project. The event was aimed particularly at HR Directors and senior colleagues responsible for staff training and development.

There was a great buzz of enthusiasm throughout the day from the 70 delegates that represented 51 different institutions. A 'show of hands' at the end of the day strongly indicated that this community approach to creating
performance management tools that are right for HE was the way to go. It
was agreed to set up a Steering Group (Chaired by Guy Gregory, HR Director of the University of Bristol) to guide year one of the project. Many more institutions agreed to join the group in the days following the
conference.

If you would like to join or learn more please contact Christian Carter, Organsiational Development Manager at the University of Bristol - [email protected]
